This Privacy Policy explains how Sleepnosis, LLC and our subsidiaries and affiliates (together, “Sleepnosis,” “we,” or “us”) collect, use, and disclose information about you when you access or use our websites, mobile applications, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”), and when you contact our customer service team, engage with us on social media, or otherwise interact with us.

2. Firebase Services We Use
We use Google Firebase as our backend to operate core features of the Services. Firebase acts as our service provider/processor. Below are the Firebase products we use and the types of data involved:
- Firebase Authentication: to create and manage accounts (e.g., email and password, display name). Data: email address, hashed password (handled by Firebase), user identifier (UID). Purpose: sign‑in, account security, app functionality.
- Cloud Firestore: to store app data tied to your account (e.g., favorites, recently played, subscription/trial metadata). Data: app activity and profile fields you provide. Purpose: app functionality and personalization.
- Firebase Storage: to deliver media assets (e.g., images and audio files). Data: media files; access is controlled by security rules.
- Firebase Hosting: to host our website and policy pages.
- Firebase App Check: to help protect our backend from abuse by verifying legitimate app usage (device/app attestation tokens).
All Firebase communications are encrypted in transit. We configure Firebase Security Rules and authentication safeguards to prevent unauthorized access.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Services (including authentication and core app features).
- Personalize content and remember your preferences (e.g., favorites and history).
- Process transactions and manage subscriptions and trials.
- Send important account or service messages (receipts, notices, support replies).

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or higher age where required). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn of such collection, we will delete it.
